Founded in 2001, Villa Toscana was born from a singular passion: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy's most celebrated culinary region to the streets of Chicago. Every dish tells a story rooted in tradition, refined through decades of craft.

Chef Marco Bellini, trained at Florence's prestigious Scuola di Arte Culinaria, sources ingredients with relentless care — importing aged Parmigiano-Reggiano, San Marzano tomatoes, and Sicilian olive oil, while celebrating the finest Midwestern seasonal produce.
